La v\u00e1lvula Zephyr est\u00e1 contraindicada para: pacientes en los que los procedimientos broncosc\u00f3picos est\u00e1n contraindicados; evidencia de infecci\u00f3n pulmonar activa; pacientes con alergia conocida al nitinol (n\u00edquel-titanio) o sus metales constituyentes (n\u00edquel o titanio); pacientes con alergia conocida a la silicona; fumadores activos. Uso exclusivo por personal m\u00e9dico cualificado. Antes de su uso, le rogamos consulte las instrucciones del sistema endobronquial Zephyr para obtener m\u00e1s informaci\u00f3n sobre las indicaciones, las contraindicaciones, las advertencias, todas las precauciones y los acontecimientos adversos.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Declaraci\u00f3n resumida para el sistema Chartis\u00ae:<\/strong> El sistema Chartis est\u00e1 indicado para su uso por parte de broncoscopistas durante una broncoscopia diagn\u00f3stica en pacientes adultos con enfermedad pulmonar obstructiva cr\u00f3nica (EPOC) y enfisema en una sala de broncoscopia. El sistema, compuesto por el cat\u00e9ter Chartis y la consola Chartis, se ha dise\u00f1ado para medir la presi\u00f3n y el flujo con el objeto de calcular la resistencia al flujo de aire y cuantificar la ventilaci\u00f3n colateral en compartimentos pulmonares aislados. El cat\u00e9ter Chartis se utiliza en el canal de trabajo de un broncoscopio y se conecta a la consola Chartis. La consola Chartis es un bien de equipo que se puede reutilizar y que muestra la informaci\u00f3n del paciente. El sistema Chartis est\u00e1 contraindicado en caso de infecci\u00f3n activa o di\u00e1tesis hemorr\u00e1gica grave. No se ha registrado ninguna sustancia interferente.
